I come before Your throne
To worship at Your feet
To look upon Your nail-pierced hands
Oh Lord, how awesome is Your love
For You, Your grace restores my soul
You've set Your heart on me
You've set me in Your righteousness
Fall afresh on me
Move within my heart
Let Your tenderness consume me
Pour Your love on me
Like rain upon my face
'Till everything I am is lost in Your embrace
Fall afresh on me
-----
Thank you, Jesus, for being there.
You've put a smile on my face.
I have nothing to fear.

Stream of Thought
Gosh, I'm sleepy...
It's really easy not to think about it now but when the matter presents itself, it seems that everything is thrown out the window...
I few more weeks...
This isn't how I go...
Yellowcard...
I could tell you the wildest of tales...
Of my friend the giant and travelling sales...
I feel like watching Bigfish again...
Damn... It's fading faster than anticipated...
I need more wisdom and maturity...
Learn from the mistakes of the past...
I won't be Westlife again...

Slept for about 3-4 hours.
Although I felt sleepy throughout the day I didn't seem to actually fall asleep.
Anyway, the gathering at Vivo City was fun.
I felt like an explorer coming across an unknown cave or something.
It's like the places that can be explored here in Singapore are the shopping centres. On that note, Suntec is expanding and a lot of new shops are springing up especially this electronics kind of area at Tower 1, I think.
Ok, back to Vivo. It wasn't what I expected design-wise. I was expecting the colour of the place to be more hip and spunky because of the really cool posters that I see advertising for Vivo; however, the place was a boring white. It was so bright. Maybe they haven't finished painting?
Walking around is sure to be good exercise.
The rooftop rocks! I love it. It's so wide and spacious and it seems like the perfect place for a date. Haha.
I love wading through the shallow waters. Des! My wading partner. Haha.
It's faster to get around if you cut through the water so why not?
The food was ok. Food Republic. Crispy Chicken with Rice. Yummy.
Ten minutes passes very fast when you're enjoying a ten minute back and shoulder massage.
This massage shop is calledkinky Kenko and it has a nice rural, kampong, cozy concept.
It was a good experience. Next time must try the full body massage.
Thanks for the fun time, people.

I came across an article the other day about how when the people around us feel in a certain way, we are able to emphatize with them - as in really emphatize with them.
When a person is feeling down, sometimes we would console the person and in a way we can feel their sadness.
A test was carried out by a psychologist. He/she (I can't remember) was proposed to and got engaged. He/she told the news to his/her psychologist (why a psychologist would need to have a psychologist is still beyond me) and he/she shared in the excitement. They plugged up wires and stuff to the two of them and they found out that the same brain waves or whatever it is that those stuff picked up were similar to both of them. Which means the same feelings were felt even though the other psychologist was only sharing in the good news and not experiencing it.
This shows that we are able to emphatize on the exact same level as those around us. I guess this means that a moody person will indeed somehow make the whole room moody and the reverse must be true.
This says a lot about being a thermostat and not a thermometer. Set the atmosphere wherever we go and be sure not to make the weather hazy.
I guess this would explain why hearing about other people's love stories can give a person that warm feeling inside. It's why we can be happy for the people around us who are able to find love or at least starting to light up that flame - even if it died down a long time ago.
I pray that everyone's love lives will be blessed and then we can all share that warm feeling.
(digression from this point on)
I've found another career path - Matchmaker.
Not the one in the factory kind! The Will Smith Hitch that kind!
A modern day cupid.
There are so many careers that don't have courses for them.
Private investigator...
Lounge singer...
Bartender...
Bouncer...
CD Shop Vendor...
Singapore Idol!
-----
Yup, can't wait for the A's to finish!

Food ~ <3
The smell of roast chicken was the first thing that hit me when I reached home. *sniffs*
I tasted a fresh batch of bread that my mom just baked. There was an added taste to this one which I can't really put my tongue on. She already has different bread flavours. Yummy.
What Birthday Party would be complete without spaghetti? True enough, a big container is filled with spaghetti.
Of course, there's chocolate cake baked. It's not her best she says, but it's the fastest that she could make (she has banana, custard and others).
Finally, there's Salisbury Steak which was an experimental dish she tried a few days ago. On my suggestion, I asked her to get better quality beef - beef that you can actually chew! The melted cheese on it will surely be a treat.
I can't wait for dinner!
Aw, sheet. All these food must be shared with the guests... =(

My Saturday
Daddy God, let everything that has been prayed over me be sealed.
Let everything come to pass.
-----
Had a great day.
I asked God to somehow let me stay until the whole seminar is over before going to meet the family.
Supposed to meet them at about 1pm but the seminar ended about 2pm.
Turned out that the photo shoot was moved to 3pm and the movie was at 4.25pm.
Perfect timing.
-----
Photo shoot leh. Hip eh. Wait two weeks for family photos.
The Sinking of Japan is a good movie. I mean it's worth watching. It's not good if Japan were sunk. No more Japanese games translated into English or Japanese Anime. NO!!!
I think it's the first Japanese Disaster Movie that doesn't include a giant lizard rampaging through the island.
It's a bit draggy but nevertheless the story is nice. My mom cried a few times while watching.
It's a good movie and I suspect it's written by a female feminist. Power to the girls. Maybe that's why there's a love story right smack in the sinking island?
It works though so if you have time, go watch.
Jewel Box at Mount Faber is overrated.
The food isn't very wow. I think it's more of the ambience which is really good for dinner dates. There's a candle in liquid glass thingy so it's already candle-lit. There's great music too if you catch the live performance.
If you have your own car, it's good to go. If not, reach there and eat fast for one hour to catch the hourly bus - or just stay for two hours?
From the photo shoot until jewel box, it is only then that I understand the meaning of James Blunt's "You're Beautiful".
Let everything come to pass.

Song
Damn...
Damn, I shouldn't start an entry with that.
Damn, I said it again. Damn.
A damn nice song is stuck in my head and it's in another language!
Damn.
Damn, what a useless entry.
Tomorrow's going to be a long day.
Target: 7 essays
Completed: 1 and 1/2 essays
Thank you, Jesus, I can do all that by Monday.

Another Song.
I began my search,
with a blast of water,
Toward a boundless, everlasting world
With this overflowing passion in my chest,
I'll go anywhere
Seeking the light I've never seen...
with a blast of water,
Toward a boundless, everlasting world
With this overflowing passion in my chest,
I'll go anywhere
Seeking the light I've never seen...

Stream of Thought
Hmm. Hippopotamus. Not Hippopotamous.
Haha.
History Makers 6. My first History Makers camp. Can't wait for that.
I started a Cycle of Seven Study plan but I'm starting on a rest day. Haha.
The serious studying begins tomorrow!
I need a new guitar. Girlfriend 3 is starting to give up on me. Girlfriend 2 broke up liao. Girlfriend 1... well... too old liao.
My brother asked me to go clubbing with him last Thursday and if I did, he would go to church service with me... Stupid GP mock exam on Friday morning. It's not often my brother gives such a good deal.
I know he'll be back soon. He offered to treat me to get my ear pierced. Haha.
Maybe will take up that offer. Haha. (Oinky and Des, I can do it one. Haha. And I won't do it just to prove that I can. I'm weighing whether there's any benefits to pain and discomfort.)
Blank...
Ok, I guess that's it for now.
Oh, there's this strawberry field test... Guan and I both don't have a fence! Ahaha! (Yes, I think those psychological tests don't work. Although, they are interesting and good for a laugh.)
Oh! I just remembered. We had "Wear Your School Uniform to Campus Service Day". That was fun. Haha.
I shall upload photos on friendster. *blows dust away from friendster site* Put this stupid friendster to some use.
Yup, I think that will be all.

Human Relationships
It's amazing how people interact with each other.
If you like someone, you're not supposed to show it.
If you hate someone, you're supposed to pretend to like the person so they don't know that you hate them.
If you love someone, you can look past all the craziness and just be comfortable with the person.

I'm so going to be watching a lot of TV after A's.

A Poem
I wanted to study
So I went to Sengkang Library
But then I felt sleepy
So I went home immediately.
-----
Didn't know there was a cafe inside the Sengkang Library. Pretty cool. I hope they're hiring cause it seems like an interesting place to work for a while after A's...

Grades
I thought I could spell Colonel Chicken Corporation with my grades this time around.
In the end I got Community Development Development.
Ah well, I hope that I can spell All Bright Boys for A's.
or maybe, "Aiyah, Anything Ba."
-----
Ok, now I'm not making any sense.
